Role & responsibilities
Study and understand electrical/electronic product designs, drawings, schematics, and assembly requirements.
Assemble products, sub-assemblies, panels, and components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
Support Current Product Development (NPD) activities from concept, prototype development, testing, validation, and production release.
Conduct product testing, troubleshooting, trials, and performance validation in both in-house and customer site settings.
Assist in prototype building, design verification, and functional testing of current products.
Identify and resolve issues related to assembly, wiring, testing, and product performance.
Maintain accurate records of testing results, trial observations, and product modifications.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, and Service teams for smooth product development and implementation.
Support installation, commissioning,



and field trials whenever required.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards during assembly and testing activities.
Provide feedback and improvement suggestions for product reliability, manufacturability, and performance.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for product failures or customer complaints.
Assist in preparing assembly instructions, testing procedures, and technical documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of testing equipment, tools, and instruments.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma in Electronics/EC/Electrical are preferred.
Preferred who is ready for both in house & site testing
