Skills Required:
.Should have excellent skills in FastAPI, OpenAI Agents SDK, MongoDB.
Robust Python backend experience, especially FastAPI and async programming.
Hands-on experience in building LLM-powered applications with agent frameworks (OpenAI Agents SDK or similar), tool calling, prompt engineering, and structured output design.
Nice to have multi-tenant SaaS architecture experience,
Should be able to debug production issues, make architectural decision, and documentation.
Hands-on experience with RAG implementation
Solid architectural decision-making skills.
Experience in handling or mentoring a small team.
Good understanding of system design and scalable application architecture.
Ownership of feature development from design to deployment.
Enough Node.js/React familiarity to collaborate smoothly with the platform team.
Valuable to have an idea on LangGraph
