Role & responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile financial records, ledgers, and bank statements.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns accurately and on time.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams and auditors during statutory and internal audits.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and Indian taxation laws.
Generate MIS reports and support management with financial insights.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
45 years of relevant accounting experience.
Prior experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.
Robust working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
