Role & responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B customers through calls, emails, visits, and online platforms.
Generate sales leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare and share quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, payments, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and reports.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and provide prompt after-sales support.




Comply with company policies and maintain confidentiality of business information.
Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
Good presentation and sales closing skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
15 years of experience in B2B sales (manufacturing/FMCG/export industry preferred).
