Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Executive R&D;, specializing in semi-solid cosmetic formulations. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, secure, and compliant products such as creams, gels, ointments, and lotions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize semi-solid cosmetic formulations -
Conduct product development trials and scale-up -
Perform stability studies
Ensure regulatory compliance
Raw material evaluation and compatibility studies
Tech transfer to manufacturing
Coordinate with production, QA, and marketing
Cost optimization and product improvement
Support current product development (NPD)
Semi-solid formulation expertise
Product development & scale-up
Stability study & documentation -
Regulatory knowledge
Problem-solving & analytical skills
Polymer Rheology

Required Qualifications:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Cosmetics / Pharmaceutics)



with 6 12 years experience in Cosmetic/Pharma R&D; and having knowledge of emulsions, rheology, formulation techniques - Experience in lab-scale and pilot-scale batches.
