Otsuka Pharmaceutical India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and agile HR professional to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management and strategic HR initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and deliver effective HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience, motivation and retention.
Coordinate and support the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle.
Support talent development, succession planning and capability-building initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies,



processes and applicable labour regulations.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support informed business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

-Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR.
7 to 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with manufacturing exposure.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
Expertise in Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience in employee engagement initiatives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, collaborative and growth-oriented workplace.
