Role Summary

We are looking for a Telecalling Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, and support the sales team through inside sales activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer service, with exposure to B2B sales and online lead platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Handle customer inquiries and explain products and services.
Use IndiaMART, Google, Justdial, and social media platforms to identify potential customers.
Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into business prospects.




Maintain customer records and update CRM/sales reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills

MBA in Marketing.
6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Lead Generation.
Experience using IndiaMART, Google, Justdial, and social media platforms for lead generation.
Experience in Building Materials, Hardware, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Robust follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
