TCS is looking for a skilled DevExt Support Agent to provide technical support for APIs, web applications, and integrations. The ideal candidate should possess solid troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working with web technologies and customer-facing support environments.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to APIs, web applications, and integrations.

Analyze application logs, network traces, and system behavior to identify root causes.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Follow established support processes and case management procedures.

Drive customer success by providing timely and effective issue resolution.

Required Skills

Robust understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, Endpoints,



and HTTP Response Codes.

Experience troubleshooting web applications and web technologies.

Ability to read and understand code in any programming language.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in customer-facing technical support roles.

Good to Have

Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, packet analysis, and networking fundamentals.

Understanding of automation concepts and workflow optimization.

Experience with embedded content, iFrames, and third-party integrations.

Familiarity with JSON, XML, and application logs.

Experience in Application Support, Product Support, or Production Support environments.
