Department: RCM Experience: Fresher / 2–3 Years Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Night) Location: Malad W, Mindspace

Education: Graduate B. Com, BBA, BA, BMS

Roles & Responsibilities
 Call US insurance companies to check claim status and payment details.
 Follow up on unpaid, denied, or partially paid claims.
 Analyze denials and take appropriate action for claim resolution.
 Document call outcomes and update patient accounts in the billing system.
 Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required.
 Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
 Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Required Skills
Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability




Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Basic computer proficiency — MS Office, typing speed
Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts.
Ability to handle feedback constructively and continuously improve performance

Salary - 25000-30000 per month
