Role & responsibilities

Attend Breakdown & PM of machinery, PLC & HMI Automation, maintaining of electrical systems,

Support automation upgrades and modernization projects.

Identify prospects to improve machine reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Support root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.

Participate in TPM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and OEE improvement initiatives.

Follow electrical safety standards and company safety procedures.

Comply with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements before maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal maintenance standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Tire curing machines (mechanical and hydraulic curing presses)
Tire manufacturing process
Rubber processing equipment
PLC troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, or equivalent)
HMI systems
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Servo drive systems
Industrial sensors and instrumentation
Electrical drawings and schematics
Motor control circuits
Pneumatic and electro-pneumatic systems
Industrial communication protocols
