Hiring Alert | AR Executive – US Healthcare RCM (AR Calling)

We are looking for experienced AR Executives with hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Role & Responsibilities:
Handle insurance follow-up for unpaid, denied, and underpaid medical claims.
Analyze and resolve claim denials through effective communication with US insurance payers.
Work on AR accounts to improve collections and ensure timely reimbursement.
Manage claim status follow-ups, appeals, and payment-related issues.
Review EOB/ERA and take appropriate action on outstanding claims.
Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity & quality targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare RCM – AR Calling/Denial Management.
Valuable knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
Solid communication skills and ability to work in US shifts.
