Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our transport company. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in accounting. The selected candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, handling basic accounting tasks, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Enter daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime or accounting software.
Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense vouchers.
Assist in transport billing, freight invoices, and customer payments.
Record fuel, toll, vehicle maintenance, and other operational expenses.
Support bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and financial records.
Coordinate with drivers, vendors,



and customers regarding payment-related matters.
Support monthly and yearly account closing activities.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the finance team.

Eligibility
B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Familiarity with Tally Prime and MS Excel is preferred.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Good numerical and analytical skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email).

Salary ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
