We are hiring an Advertising Manager for a leading hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing advertising campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, driving guest bookings, and managing promotional activities across digital and traditional media.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute advertising and promotional campaigns to increase hotel bookings and brand awareness.
Plan and manage advertising budgets for maximum ROI.
Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors.
Oversee digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other online platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional content.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.
Manage print, outdoor, radio, and other offline advertising initiatives.
Build partnerships with travel agencies, influencers, and local businesses.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify current prospects.




Prepare campaign performance reports and present insights to management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Experience
4–8 years of experience in advertising, brand management, or marketing.
Experience in the hotel, hospitality, resort, or tourism industry is preferred.
