We are seeking an experienced Appian Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade business process management (BPM) solutions using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Appian 20.x and above, hands-on experience with SAIL, integrations, security, and Appian architecture, along with the ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery and mentor development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Appian Development
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise BPM applications using Appian 20.x and above.
Build scalable and reusable applications using Appian best practices.
Develop complex SAIL interfaces, process models, business rules, expressions, and decision rules.
Create and manage Records, Sites, Task Reports, Process Reports, and Dashboards.
Develop and maintain Custom Data Types (CDTs) and data models.
Design reusable components and frameworks for enterprise applications.





Integration & Database
Design and implement integrations using Appian Integration Objects and Connected Systems.
Integrate Appian applications with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, databases, and third-party applications.
Develop and implement custom Appian plug-ins where required.
Design optimized data models with solid understanding of RDBMS concepts.
Work with SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases.

Security & Administration
Configure and manage Appian security, user groups, roles, and permissions.
Perform Appian installation, server configuration, and setting setup.
Analyze server logs and troubleshoot production issues.
Perform Appian Health Checks and recommend performance improvements.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
