About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and self-driven Sales Managers to generate revenue through the sale of OOH advertising spaces, specifically bike standee hoardings and other static formats. This is a field-intensive sales role involving client acquisition, meetings, follow-ups, and monthly revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
Sell advertising space on bike standees, hoardings, and other outdoor formats




Onboard SMBs, local businesses, and agencies for ad placements
Handle both direct and agency sales
Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
Achieve monthly revenue targets through cold calling and active pitching
Maintain sales pipelines and reporting hygiene
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and delivery

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, media, print, digital, or OOH advertising

Required Skills:
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Prior experience in handling advertising agencies is a plus
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for client visits
Good knowledge of local market dynamics
