Role & responsibilities:
Monitor and track daily production progress at vendor facilities, ensuring adherence to the production schedule.
Supervise shop floor production activities and resolve day-to-day production issues.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchase, and other internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure manufacturing is carried out as per specifications.
Prepare and maintain daily production reports, MIS, and progress trackers using Microsoft Excel.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of production milestones and deliveries.
Identify production delays and coordinate corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and manufacturing processes.
