About the Role :

We manufacture a broad range of creams, ointments, gels, lotions, and liquid personal care products including OTC pharmaceutical formulations at our Bavla facility under cGMP standards. We're looking for hands-on production specialists who've worked in semi-solid or topical manufacturing and know what disciplined, documentation-driven operations actually look like on the floor.

This role is open across levels Production Officer, Production Executive, and Sr. Executive matched to the right candidate based on experience and demonstrated capability.

You will work closely with QA, QC, Stores, and Engineering and report to the Production Manager.

What You'll Be Doing :

You'll execute the approved production plan running manufacturing and packing operations per approved BMR/BPR, maintaining real-time documentation, managing line clearance, monitoring in-process controls, and keeping your area cGMP and EHS compliant. When things go wrong deviations, equipment breakdowns,



process abnormalities — you flag them fast and support the investigation.

What We're Looking For :

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Life Sciences

2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing facility producing creams, ointments, gels, lotions, shampoos, or similar topical/semi-solid/liquid formulations

Solid working knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and SOP-driven operations

Experience with BMR/BPR documentation and batch reconciliation

Familiarity with deviation management and CAPA processes is an advantage
