Hiring: Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts

Location: Kalol, Gujarat
Experience: CA Fresher 2 Years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Industry Preference: Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable, customer collections, and outstanding balances.
Monitor and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) by coordinating with customers and the sales team.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Perform reconciliations for receivables, inventory, and fixed assets.
Coordinate intercompany transactions and reconciliations across group entities.
Monitor inventory, identify slow-moving/obsolete stock, and support stock audits.
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, CAPEX records, capitalization, and depreciation accounting.
Assist in secretarial and statutory compliances.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.




Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Eligibility
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 02 years of experience, or

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
Experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, and reconciliations.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or BPCS.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Profile
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Exposure to working capital management and DSO reduction.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, multi-entity setting.
