Enquiry & Quotation Management

Handle the complete enquiry-to-order cycle: registration, quotation, follow-up, and booking.

Prepare technically and commercially compliant quotations within 48 hours of enquiry receipt.

Maintain accurate entries in ERP and the Enquiry-to-Order Google Sheet.

Refer to approved price lists; seek margin approvals from the Sales Head for non-standard items.

Client Interaction & Conversion

Interact directly with clients for technical and commercial clarifications accurate, skilled, and

prompt.

Follow up on open inquiries and quotations proactively to drive robust conversion rates.

Handover confirmed orders to the CRM team with complete documentation.

Collaborate with the Sales Head on strategic and high-value quotations.

Systems, Compliance & Export Readiness

Manage bid submissions on GeM portal and other customer-specific platforms.





Prepare offers with working knowledge of Incoterms and standard payment terms.

Handle basic instruments: Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, and commercial implications.

Maintain documentation discipline as per ISO 9001:2015 procedures.

Participate in weekly sales review meetings and share enquiry funnel updates.

Preferred candidate profile

Robust technical aptitude ability to read product specs, technical drawings, and understand valve

configurations.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and CRM/enquiry tracking tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication — client-facing confidence is essential.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

Understanding of commercial terms: Incoterms, payment terms
