We are lookinf for an Architect for a reputed real estate developer based in Trivandrum known for delivering premium apartments, luxury villas, and commercial projects with a commitment to quality, innovation, and timely delivery.

Position: Architect

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: B.Arch (Council of Architecture Registration Preferred)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
Prepare design presentations, project documentation, and statutory drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and external consultants.
Lead architectural planning and ensure compliance with local building regulations.
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
Review contractor drawings and resolve technical issues during execution.
Prepare project schedules and coordinate with project teams.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved quality, budget, and timelines.
Liaise with clients, consultants,



and government authorities when required.
Mentor junior architects and coordinate the architectural team.

Required Skills
Solid proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and Kerala building regulations.
Solid leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
Solid client coordination and site management experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
