The RM(Warehouse) Officer is responsible for the receipt, sampling, dispensing, and documentation of raw materials while ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards. The role includes coordination with Warehouse, QA, QC, and Production for smooth material handling and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
Receive raw materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) activities accurately in ERP(Pharmacloud)
Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of incoming raw materials.
Coordinate with QC for sampling of raw materials as per SOPs.
Carry out dispensing of approved raw materials as per production requirements.
Maintain dispensing records and ensure traceability of materials.
Follow GMP, GDP, SOPs,



and safety guidelines during material handling.
Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock rotation.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in receiving, sampling, and dispensing areas.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Procurement for timely material availability.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Receiving, Sampling, Dispensing, and GRN processes.
Understanding of GMP, GDP, and warehouse documentation.
Experience with ERP(Pharmacloud) systems is preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing workplace.
