Manage the client onboarding, account opening and asset transfer processes
Prepare recent client onboarding packages, including recent account applications, financial profiling forms, account transfer forms, and financial applications
Ensure that account opening and service requests are processed efficiently, while providing timely follow-up to clients.
Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings (1099s, etc)
Ensure productive timelines are associated with tasks and the timelines are met
Prepare summary and handover to advisor for moving money in and out of client accounts on request
Follow up with custodians to ensure changes are implemented in a timely manner.
Implementation and use of internal systems for administration, compliance, operations
