Have 15+ years of experience.

Have at least 5+ years of exp. as Scrum Master role in AWS Cloud Projects

Have experience of Transition management

Have Experience with Infrastructure Risk Management and Cloud assessment roles.

Have Experience with understanding and enforcing Client s cloud resources policies.

Responsibilities

Responsible for integrating team into the organization and providing a transparent vision of the requirement

Facilitating and mentoring the Scrum process and

Identifying and removing any impediments that may be preventing the team from delivering value

Coaching the team regarding Scrum process

Responsible for ensuring that there is explicit communication between the team, the Product Owner, and any other stakeholders

Review,



provide feedback and approve solution and architecture designs.

Assess the Alight policies for DevOps, AWS resources and code branching.

Enforce the Alight standards and policies, ensuring the requisite compliance.

Identify the Risks and security issues, provide suggestion for mitigating the risks
