Manage daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and technical service vendors.
Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
Ensure timely resolution of tenant and occupant complaints.
Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
Track and control facility-related expenses and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Prepare facility reports and maintain records of maintenance work.
Support fit-outs, renovations, and property improvement projects when required.

Requirements -
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.




4 to 8 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the real estate sector.
Valuable knowledge of building maintenance and vendor management.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills -
Experience in managing commercial or residential properties.
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
