Position Summary
ASSA ABLOY is looking for Area Sales Manager Yale based out of Cochin, responsible to generate business from defined territories. Details as below:
Roles & Responsibility
Deliver the Revenue objectives for Retail business as per plan.
Set up and manage proper distribution channel and review distribution performance
Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories
Ensure timely collection of outstanding.
Formulating promotional activities as a part of brand building
Building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end customers
Provide product knowledge to all stakeholders of channel partners
Responsible for Primary/secondary sales
Conduct continuous market analysis and support Zonal / Regional Manager for forecasts and budgeting
Skills and Knowledge
Have functional knowledge of retail business in building material industry
Negotiate skills
Valuable communication
Solid channel management skills.
Should maintain time discipline and solid work ethic
Should be responsive, organized and energetic
Possesses a high level of integrity and ownership of responsibilities
Shows high drive for results and execution excellence. Follows up with stakeholders till the result is achieved
Proficiency in MS excel and power point
Qualification Criteria
Any Graduate. MBA Preferred.
6 7 years previous total experience in retail sales and residential projects, Hardware or building materials Industry.
