We are looking for an enterprise AI qualified — developer, solutions architect, or data engineer — with demonstrable experience building and deploying AI-powered systems in production. You will design and deliver training grounded in how enterprise AI teams actually work, and teach learners in Nagpur skills that get them hired.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

▸ Design and deliver live, hands-on training in Applied AI, LLM Engineering, Agentic Systems, and Enterprise Automation — structured as Theory → Demo → Build.

▸ Build module curricula that mirror real corporate workflows: sprint cycles, stakeholder sign-offs, system architecture, and production deployment.

▸ Teach Agentic AI in depth — LLM orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), RAG pipelines, tool-calling agents, and multi-agent systems.

▸ Run enterprise simulation labs using real client briefs, data governance constraints, and delivery deadlines.

▸ Mentor learners through capstone projects and prepare them for technical interviews with industry-standard code reviews.

▸ Stay current:



bring current frameworks and tools into the classroom within weeks of industry adoption.

WHAT WE NEED

Experience

5–12 years in technology / AI, with time inside corporate or enterprise environments — real clients, production systems, organisational complexity.

AI (Mandatory)

Hands-on with LLM engineering, agentic workflows, RAG, and prompt engineering at depth. You must be able to build, debug, and explain these live.
