Role Description The Area Sales Manager for South Kerala at icconX is a full-time, on-site role based in Kollam. The role involves managing sales activities across the South Kerala region, including building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market visits, and ensuring strong product visibility and availability.

The Area Sales

Manager will monitor competitor activity, prepare regular sales reports, and support promotional campaigns and field marketing initiatives.



The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery, resolving customer issues, and providing feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including territory management and account relationship management.

Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Candidates should possess negotiation, presentation, and closing skills to support achievement of sales targets.

Candidates should possess basic analytical and reporting skills to track performance, identify trends, and plan sales activities.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in English and local languages.

Ability to work independently, travel within South Kerala as needed, and adapt to a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
