Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce solutions, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
Utilize Selenium or Tosca for automation testing, designing scalable and reusable automation frameworks following OOPS design principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
Analyze test results, identify software defects, and work closely with developers to prioritize and resolve issues.
Maintain and enhance automated test scripts, ensuring maximum coverage and efficiency in the QA lifecycle.
Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress, issues, and resolutions to project stakeholders.
Utilize tools like Jira management and QA Complete for test case management and defect tracking.

Key Skills Required:
5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in automation testing using Selenium or Tosca.
Robust proficiency in Salesforce technologies and platforms.
Experience in writing explicit, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.




Proficiency in Java and strong technical background with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Expertise in testing life cycle, SDLC, and test processes.
Knowledge of code coverage tools and methodologies.
Hands-on experience with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Familiarity with tools like Jira management

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, and TOSCA certifications are mandatory
