Eligibility
Bachelor s Degree preferably in travel studies and/or Diploma/equivalent in travel and tourism
2 - 6 years of experience in a similar profile
Valuable negotiation skills
Excellent communication and excel skills

Responsibilities
Negotiate and finalize contracts with hotels, venues, and other service providers for MICE events
Finalize contracts and secure the best rates, terms, and inclusions for domestic and international events
Maintain detailed documentation and records of contracts, negotiations, and service agreements
Stay updated on market trends, seasonal pricing, and emerging destinations
Prepare accurate costing sheets and maintain contract documentation
Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent service delivery and support
