Finbros Capital Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is a leading financial consultancy specializing in strategic financial solutions and asset advisory services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and compliance-driven Accounts Executive to join our team at our Thane office.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
Record and process accounting transactions in Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9.
Handle GST compliance, reconciliation, and preparation of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, challan payments, and quarterly filings.
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and verify financial transactions.
Review purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Maintain accounting records, statutory documents, and compliance-related documentation.
Assist in month-end closing activities and support statutory/internal audits.




Prepare financial reports and schedules as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
Solid working knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9.
Practical experience in GST filing, reconciliation, and TDS compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Filters, and Data Analysis.
Positive understanding of bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial reporting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates residing in Thane or nearby locations will be preferred.
Solid communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting responsibilities.
