Lead Mechanical Product Design Engineer
Robust mechanical design fundamentals including plastics, sheet metal, castings, and assemblies.
Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, engineering drawings, GDT, and tolerance analysis.
Experience in product development from concept, design, validation, to production launch.
Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
Ability to select materials and manufacturing processes based on performance, cost, and reliability requirements.
Experience with engineering validation, testing, failure analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
Understanding of quality tools such as DFMEA, risk assessment, and change management processes.
Solid cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers.
Project leadership skills including planning, technical decision-making, and mentoring team members.




Effective communication and presentation skills for technical reviews, customer interactions, and management reporting.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 + years of experience in mechanical product design
Good Knowledge of 3D drawings and concept development Using CATIA tools
Sound Knowledge of GDT and stack up analysis calculation
Good communication skills and experience in interacting with global customers
Valuable Knowledge of motor child parts manufacturing processes
