We are looking for an experienced Printing Operator to operate and maintain Gravure and Offset Printing Machines while ensuring high-quality print output, production efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate Gravure and Offset printing machines as per production schedules.
Set up printing machines, adjust machine parameters, and monitor print quality throughout production.
Ensure accurate color matching, print registration, and defect-free printing.
Perform machine troubleshooting and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
Conduct routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Minimize material wastage and optimize machine productivity.
Follow SOPs, GMP, and all EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) guidelines.
Maintain production records, machine logs, and quality documentation.
Work closely with the Quality and Production teams to achieve production targets.

Required Skills




Hands-on experience with Gravure Printing and/or Offset Printing machines.
Robust understanding of printing processes, inks, substrates, and color control.
Knowledge of machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
Ability to identify and resolve printing defects efficiently.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and quality standards will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Gravure or Offset Printing operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Gujarat Domicile is mandatory.
Experience in the packaging, printing, or FMCG manufacturing industry is preferred.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Team player with a proactive approach and commitment to quality.
