Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.

Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize issues and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.

Solid analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.

Experience in managing and supporting financial modules within enterprise resource planning systems.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
