Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival - Handle passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner - Check and process passengers' travel documents - Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of luggage - Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure productive and timely operations - Handle flight disruptions and rebook passengers as needed - Conduct security checks as per airport regulations - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airport or hospitality industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace - Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Knowledge of airport regulations and procedures is a plus Benefits:
