Role & responsibilities
69 years of experience configuring or administering Airtable or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
Deep hands-on experience designing Airtable bases, interfaces, automations, schemas, scripts, and governance models.
Solid understanding of workflow design, process mapping, and operational optimization.
Experience with API usage, scripting, or integration platforms (Make, Workato, Zapier, or equivalent).
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience administering multi-workspace Airtable environments at enterprise scale.
Familiarity with Airtable Enterprise features (SSO, admin panel, audit logs, and enterprise governance).
Experience with automation, scripting (JavaScript preferred), or API orchestration.
Background in change management, user experience design, or system rollout planning.
Experience supporting global teams in a cross-functional, matrixed workplace.
