We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with solid expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and campaign testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience validating customer journeys, campaigns, and data workflows across multiple channels, ensuring seamless and accurate customer communications.

Required Skills & Experience
Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Proven experience testing:
Event-based customer journeys
Campaigns (Email, SMS, Push)
Audience qualification and segmentation
Solid experience in API testing (Postman or similar tools)
Strong SQL skills for backend and data validation
Exposure to automation testing
Ability to define test strategies, edge cases,



and failure scenarios

Valuable to Have
Experience testing real-time use cases such as:
Abandoned Cart Journeys
Welcome Journeys
Transactional and behavioral triggers
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) concepts
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
