Lead - Accounts & : Andheri West

Reporting to : CFO

Role Purpose To lead end-to-end financial accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting for the organization, ensuring accuracy, regulatory adherence, and robust governance in line with listed entity Responsibilities Accounting & Reporting :
Oversee books of accounts, month-end/year-end closures, and finalization of financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, SEBI (LODR), and other regulatory frameworks.
Prepare financial reports for Board, Audit Committee, and external stakeholders.
Support consolidation of group accounts, if (Direct & Indirect) :
Manage direct tax compliance : income tax computation, advance tax, TDS, assessments, and litigation.
Oversee indirect tax matters : GST compliance, returns, audits, reconciliations, and notices.
Drive tax planning initiatives to optimize tax efficiency while ensuring & Compliance :
Lead statutory audit, tax audit, and regulatory audits.




Act as key liaison with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulators.
Ensure timely closure of audit observations and strengthen internal & Controls :
Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards applicable to listed companies.
Support risk management and compliance Leadership :
Lead and develop the accounts and taxation team.
Drive performance culture, accuracy, and timelines across the Skills & Competencies :
Robust expertise in Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, SEBI regulations
Experience in handling audits and regulatory interactions
High attention to detail and solid analytical capability
Stakeholder management and leadership skills
Exposure to real estate accounting (project accounting, RERA, revenue :
CA qualified (mandatory)
