Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of facility maintenance and engineering operations to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of facility maintenance activities with organizational goals.
Monitor and evaluate maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
Develop and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards to maintain a secure working workplace.




Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition and performance of facilities and equipment.
Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to oversee project execution, negotiation, and contract management.
Drive initiatives for sustainability and energy conservation, aligning with organizational environmental objectives.
Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, project progress, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
