Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate current business in Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, and Logistics.
Identify and acquire current customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, and Value-Added Logistics Services.
Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth and revenue generation.
Prepare customer proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with the Pricing Team.
Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Pricing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct customer visits, business meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, trade lanes, and geopolitical developments affecting the logistics industry.
Represent the Company at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Maintain regular MIS reports, sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer visit reports.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 7–9 years in Sales & Marketing within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.




Candidates must have a Freight Forwarding background.
Thorough knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, and International Logistics.
Strong understanding of geographical regions, trade routes, and geopolitical factors impacting global logistics.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively for business development and customer meetings.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with Pricing and Operations teams to provide competitive logistics solutions.
Existing network with exporters, importers, shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners will be an added advantage.
This is a full time, office-based role. Work From Home (WFH) is not applicable.
