We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HAM/GRC Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, asset lifecycle management, compliance processes, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow HAM and GRC modules.
Manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
Configure GRC policies, risk assessments, controls, and compliance workflows.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Troubleshoot issues,



perform system enhancements, and provide ongoing platform support.
Prepare documentation and deliver user training as needed.

Required Skills:
3+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and GRC modules.
Solid understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and governance/compliance frameworks.
Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) HAM and/or GRC.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party enterprise applications
