Area Sales Manager – Sales & Marketing Position: Area Sales Manager – Sales & Marketing Location: Faridabad, Haryana (On-site) Experience: 4+ Years CTC: ₹5 – ₹10 LPA Employment Type: Full time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our Water Metering and Smart Metering Solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling smart water meters, electromagnetic meters, mechanical meters, ultrasonic meters, and bulk meters and be capable of developing solid customer relationships across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in government, municipal, utility, EPC, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Provide technical product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, consultants, contractors, utilities, and key customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Coordinate with internal technical, project, and service teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development activities.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering ( Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation) or a related field.
Should have good communication skills.
4+ years of experience in sales of water metering, gas metering, smart metering.
Solid understanding of:
Smart Water Metering
Electromagnetic Meters
Mechanical Meters
Ultrasonic Meters
Bulk Meters
AMR/AMI solutions
Experience in B2B sales, channel sales, institutional sales, or government tenders is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
