Functional ownership of Sales and Customer Service modules, including case management, agent experience, queues, routing, SLAs,



and productivity features.
Customer 360 functional support, spanning Databricks pre processor logic and D365 Customer Insights CDP (qualification & identity resolution, profile unification, enrichment, segmentation, and targeting & archiving).
L2/L3 production support and BAU enhancements, including fields, views, forms, Business Process Flows (BPF), security roles/teams, routing rules, macros, and agent scripts.
Microsoft D365 CE release management, including hotfixes and feature evaluation with recommendations to Business and IT/Architecture.
Functional support for Pet Registry, operational reporting, and user access, including data quality, Power BI reports, user security, ISV add ons, and functional input into integrations with F&O;, Databricks, and partner systems.
