We are looking for an Application Performance Monitoring (APM) L1 Support Engineer with experience in application monitoring and production support, preferably using VuNet.

Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor applications, servers, databases, URLs, and services in a 24x7 environment.
Track live alerts through APM dashboards and promptly notify stakeholders as per the escalation matrix.
Perform first-level troubleshooting for application performance and monitoring issues.
Analyze application performance metrics and identify performance degradation or bottlenecks.
Log, categorize, and escalate unresolved incidents to the L2 support team.
Coordinate with application and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution.




Manage user access requests and perform periodic user access reviews.
Maintain incident records, provide status updates, and ensure proper ticket closure.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring or Production Support.
Hands-on experience with VuNet is preferred.
Positive knowledge of application and infrastructure monitoring.
Experience with incident management and troubleshooting.
Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift workplace.
