Role & responsibilities
System Support: Provide tier-1 and tier-2 troubleshooting for HIS, EMR/EHR, LIS, and billing modules during OPD and IPD operations.
Maintenance & Monitoring: Monitor system uptime, review error logs, and manage user roles and permissions.
Integration: Support HL7/FHIR interface data exchanges between the hospital system and other systems.
User Training: Train doctors, nurses, and administrative clerks on productive software adoption and best practice workflows.
Carry out data entry processes wherever needed
Master Data management and maintenance
Maintaining the tracker of issues reported on day to day
Maintaining approval records
Any other duties given by the reporting manager
Timely status reporting of assigned work
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree preferably in computer science or related field
experience of supporting EMR applications & LIS systems
