Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned area.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Execute sales strategies and promotional activities as per the company’s marketing plan.
Regularly visit outlets in the area to monitor product availability, visibility, and pricing.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and distributors.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Area or Regional Sales Manager.
Resolve customer issues related to product availability, delivery, or service.
Support in recent product launches and ensure proper placement in the market.
Manage inventory levels with channel partners to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
