We are looking for energetic and result-driven professionals for the role of Area Manager (AM) to strengthen our dealer network and drive vehicle loan disbursements across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Dealer & channel management
Loan lifecycle and disbursement handling
Portfolio and compliance management
Stakeholder coordination & dealer training
People development and team motivation

Preferred Skills:

Solid communication and networking skills

Understanding of CIBIL, LTV & IRR

Experience in Auto Finance / Vehicle Loans

CRM & MS Excel proficiency

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting

Qualification:

Graduate (MBA preferred) with experience in Bank/NBFC, DSA, or Dealer Finance roles.
