Qualifications
In-depth research on companies, industries, countries, and services using internal and external databases
Reading and gaining expertise on trending topics and providing insights to the practice teams globally
Leveraging Gen AI applications like GPTs for conducting research and content curation
Assisting the practice in business development activities such as client discovery research, marketing collaterals etc.
Creating proposals and making it visually appealing using creative designing methods
Interacting with global stakeholders on call, to collaborate on projects and drive internal strategic initiatives
Creating high-impact, visually appealing deliverables (presentations, documents, webinars etc.)
Knowledge Management - Support team in managing the internal knowledge portal and content
Continuous upskilling on new tools like O365 applications - Power Platforms, SharePoint, azure etc. to enable automation

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
Excellent planning, organizational,



and prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Robust analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate issues and identify practical solutions
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of work
Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities, technologies, and project requirements
Quick learner with a willingness to acquire recent skills and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
