Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Autocad Designer role based in Udaipur.

The Autocad

Designer will create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for wedding layouts, stage designs, décor elements, and venue setups, ensuring accurate representation of concepts for clients and vendors. Daily tasks include collaborating with planners, decorators, and production teams to translate creative ideas into technical drawings, optimizing space usage, and aligning designs with safety and construction guidelines. The role involves revising drawings based on feedback,



coordinating with external vendors for fabrication and installation, and maintaining organized drawing files and documentation for multiple ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings to develop precise technical plans for event structures and décor.

Proficiency in Drawing and Space Planning to create visually appealing, functional layouts that optimize venue space and guest flow.

Effective Communication skills to collaborate with planners, designers, vendors, and on-site teams and to present design concepts clearly.

Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and related design software; knowledge of 2D and 3D drafting and basic rendering techniques.

Understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and basic structural and safety considerations for temporary event installations.

Robust attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a quick-paced event workplace.

Relevant diploma or degree in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in events, set design, or wedding décor is an advantage.
