Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Analyze large-scale operational and business datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement prospects.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Python.
Support business decision-making through statistical analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Monitor operational performance and identify root causes of underperformance.
Conduct customer, market, and competitor analytics to support business growth initiatives.
Design and execute A/B testing and experimental analysis to evaluate business hypotheses.




Automate reporting and analytics processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, finance, sales, and customer support teams to implement data-driven solutions.
Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks to support business objectives.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Qualifications

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Data Science, or related discipline
Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Management, or equivalent preferred
