Job Title: Senior Process Executive (SPE) – AR Caller | US Healthcare

Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST)

Experience: 1.6 – 4 Years

CTC: Up to ₹5.58 LPA (Including ₹18,000 Variable Pay)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Job Responsibilities
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling for US Healthcare clients.
Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
Perform Denial Management and resolve denied claims.
Ensure timely claim resolution and payment collection.
Maintain productivity and quality standards.

Eligibility
Graduation is mandatory.
1.6–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Hands-on experience in AR Calling (Voice Process) and Denial Management is mandatory.
Willing to work from the office in US night shifts.
Immediate to 30-day notice candidates are preferred.
